Return & Refund Policy for The Protected Brand

At The Protected Brand, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- We cannot accept:
- Final sale items (if marked as such)
- Gift cards
- Personal hygiene items (where applicable)
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@theprotectedbrand.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
- If you want a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
- We recommend checking availability before initiating a return for exchange.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless:
- The item is defective
- We sent the wrong item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items (monograms, custom prints)
- Final sale items
