Return & Refund Policy for The Protected Brand

At The Protected Brand, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, products must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In their original condition with tags attached
    • In the original packaging
  • We cannot accept:
    • Final sale items (if marked as such)
    • Gift cards
    • Personal hygiene items (where applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@theprotectedbrand.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
  • If you want a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • We recommend checking availability before initiating a return for exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless:
    • The item is defective
    • We sent the wrong item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective:
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Include photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items (monograms, custom prints)
  • Final sale items
